By commissioning me you understand and agree to these terms. Please read carefully before placing your commission. Failure to acknowledge, agree or follow these terms can result in cancellation and may not qualify for refunds.

1. General terms

• I have a right to decline any commission for any reason.
• You must be 18+ y/o to commission me.
• The client is responsible for giving all necessary information of your character for me to complete your commission.
• I reserve the right to interpret your character in my own style.
• Commission completion: 1 - 6 weeks (Unless statet otherwise). Deadlines can be discussed. Time may vary based on things happening IRL (See paragraph 2). I will keep you updated on any delays that may occur.

2. Commission process

• A reference of the character must be provided before the payment is made.
• Other information, depending on what type of commission you're getting, will be discussed upfront.
• Providing a specific pose or detailed description of what you would like is not recommended to get the best result possible. Instead, I highly recommend giving me inspirational images, an emotion or mood to inspire me to create something exceptional for you.
• Unless specified otherwise (see paragraph 3.b), you will be sent work in progress pictures for approval. The sketch stage is where you can ask for the biggest changes (Pose, angle etc.). Here you will get 2 passes before getting charged additional fees.
• After you accept the sketch the commission will be finished and there will be no room for major changes. I will only accept minor corrections (Missing markings, minor color or detail changes etc.).
• Any additional changes the client may want after the commission is complete may result in an additional fee.
• The commission is a digital product only. You will receive a high resolution png file.
• The commission might be delayed on my side because of sickness or other emergencies which makes me unable to work. I will keep the client updated on any delays that may occur. Refunds are then eligible if the commission is delayed for more than 2 weeks after original completion time of 1 - 6 weeks.
• If the client is unhappy with their commission I am willing to work around the issue to make both parties satisfied. Please do not open a Paypal dispute without contacting me beforehand, or I will need to take legal action and you will be blacklisted.

3. Adopts, custom designs & YCH

3.a Adopts & custom designs
• You can alter the design for personal use
• You can get merch, art, fursuits, plushies etc, made of the design.
• You can resell the design for the original price (more if you have added art etc. ofc)
• You can use the design for personal projects and treat the character as your property.
3.b YCH
• Sketches for approval are not eligible for YCH commissions as you have technically already received a sketch that has been approved when you purchased it.

4. Ownership, Credits & Usage

4.a Ownership
• My work is protected by the standard copyright law.
• I maintain the right to all the artwork i create. This includes, but is not limited to, using commissioned work in portfolios, promotion etc.
• For the commissioner; commissions are for personal use only and should NOT be used commercially or merch, or be used to earn money of any kind. (ask if you’re unsure.)
• Please contact me if you wish to commission something for commercial use.
• Prints are allowed for personal use and gifting only. Selling prints is prohibited.
4.b Credits
• The client may upload and share their commission anywhere as long as I am properly credited.
• Claiming any piece as your own artwork is prohibited.
• I will share WIPs/make content for my social media of the process of the commission unless the client tells me otherwise.
• I retain the rights to the finished piece and to use it to advertise my work. You may not redistribute, edit, sell for profit or make into NFT. You are more than welcome to share the artwork on social media as long as credit is given and you don't claim the artwork as your own.
4.c Usage
• No part of any commission or my artwork may be used to train AI software.
• You may not redistribute, edit, sell for profit or make my art into an NFT.

5. Payments, fees and refunds

5.a Payment & fees
• Payment happens through Paypal via invoice or Ko-fi. USD only.
• My commission prices does not include the paypal fees. Be aware that there will be an additional $0.99 to $4.99 fee (Depending on commission price) added to the price of your commission.
• Make sure to include a username or name with your payment so I know who it's from.
• Norwegian clients may choose VIPPS if preferred. Norwegian (NOK) prices may then be discussed.
• A full payment must be made upfront. However, commissions above 150$ will have a 50/50 payment plan available if needed.
• If I don't receive a response or payment within a timely manner I will consider the slot abandoned and remove you from the commission.
• I will not start to work on your commission before the payment has been made in full. This also applies to payment plans.
• If crucial information or changes are given after I have started working on the commission or outside of the agreed WIP sketch changes, it might result in an additional fee.
• Characters with wings or complex designs are subject to additional charges.
• I work from references provided and any edits contrary to what's shown on the reference need to be stated prior to starting the commission; if edits come up during or after completion, you may be charged based on complexity.
5.b Refunds
• No refunds after completion of the commission.
• A full refund only happens if I am the one to cancel the commission.
• A full refund will not be issued once the piece is started. Partial refunds may be discussed.
• As stated in paragraph 2; if I am unable to finish your piece in time because of sickness or emergencies, refunds may be discussed if needed.
• Chargebacks will result in being blocked and blacklisted from commissions in the future and I have a right to inform other artists.
• The client is responsible for their own financial situation. I do not issue refunds for the client's failure to manage personal finances or obligations.

6. What i will not do

• I will not copy or alter my style to mimic others. Please make sure you have considered my style upfront.
• I will not make any art that promotes hateful topics (racism, homophobia, sexism etc.)
• No babyfur content of any kind
• No scat, flatulence, or diapers
• No extreme gore or death
• No sexual content involving minor or non-anthropomorphic animals
